How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered in 7-15 business days after shipping. Most orders ship from our suppliers' warehouses overseas. See our shipping policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. Our prices include import duties for delivery to the US. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us and we'll cover it.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's in its original condition with all parts and packaging. Hardwired fixtures can be returned if they haven't been installed. Return shipping is free. We'll email you a prepaid return label. See our returns policy.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a message through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email a tracking number once your order ships.

Do lights need an electrician?

Plug-in and cordless lamps don't. Hardwired fixtures such as pendants, chandeliers, ceiling lights and many wall lights should be installed by a licensed electrician. Each product page says how the light is powered.
