Shipping policy

Averlin ships to addresses in the United States. Most orders ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a typical domestic order.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery: 7-15 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders arrive within the ranges above. Allow a few extra days around major holidays in the US and overseas, during the November–December peak, and for Alaska and Hawaii.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Customs and import fees

Our prices include import duties for delivery to the US, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee on one of our orders, contact us and we'll cover it. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. The first update can take 3–5 business days to appear, and tracking can go quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit or clearing customs. That's normal. Near the end, tracking may switch to a local carrier for the final delivery.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are only charged shipping once.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. We can't ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, and some of our carriers can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so a street address is best. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships and we'll fix it.

Late or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the delivery window above, contact us. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If tracking says delivered but you can't find the parcel, check around your door and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
