About This Light
Yuhi is a shallow round dish of amber-tinted glass around a flat gold-tone disc, set close to the wall. When it is on, the glass lights up a warm honey colour and a soft halo spreads across the wall around it, like low evening sun.
It is an accent light rather than a reading lamp: a warm point of colour beside a bed, along a hallway, next to a sofa or on a wood-panelled wall, where the amber picks up the tones of the timber. It sits low and slim, so it works in passageways where a deeper sconce would be in the way.
